Hardware is not included. Setup covers standard remote onboarding; on-site installation, mounting, travel and equipment are quoted separately, with no duplicate setup charge.
An update replaces, formats or schedules supplied material. A design is one new template-based graphic. Complex artwork and work beyond plan limits are quoted before you approve.
Normal turnaround: within two working days of complete, approved content. Any commitment period, cancellation terms and applicable charges will be stated in your written quotation before you subscribe.

Already have a screen? We’ll check the TV, connection and player. Need a complete setup? Ask for a hardware and installation quotation.
A compatible smart TV or an HDMI TV with a suitable media player, power and an internet connection are needed. We confirm compatibility before you commit.
Check my existing TVA few things to know.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes, for remote updates, scheduling sync and reporting. Compatible players can continue playing previously downloaded content during an outage; behaviour depends on the device and content.
Will it work with my existing TV?
Often, if it supports a compatible player or has HDMI for an external media player. Send the model and a photo of its connections so we can assess it.
How do I change my promotions?
Send the content and dates through WhatsApp. We prepare it, agree the final content and publish remotely within your package limits.
Is advertising income guaranteed?
No. Participation is optional and subject to approval and a separate agreement. Income depends on advertiser demand, sales and actual collections. Your service subscription remains payable.
What does installation cost?
Starter and Business have a one-time RM199 setup fee; Premium is RM299. Standard remote onboarding is included in that fee. Hardware, on-site installation, mounting and travel are quoted separately without duplicate setup charges.
What support is included?
Remote content management is included according to your plan, with priority remote support on Premium. On-site troubleshooting and additional work are separately quoted.
